recipe for a healthy banana cake

in the morning we were talking about a healthy recipe for our class. we made cup cakes and these were the ingredients.
. 2 eggs 
. 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2.5 medium or 2 large bananas)
. 1/4 cup milk of choice or water 
. 1 teaspoon baking soda
. 1 vanilla extract 
. 1/2 teaspoon salt
. 1/2 cup of honey
. /3 cup of coconut oil

    What a great recipe this turned out to be! It was very different to a standard cake recipe, but it tasted good in the end. Perhaps next time you could blog about the purpose of creating this recipe - to create a healthy snack for morning tea.
